Fall 2014, we built the Cider house for harvesting and milling apples and processing honey from our bees so we can make apple cider and honey-wine or mead. My kiddos love apple cider and us, adults, love the distilled version hard cider. I’m still in research mode but Spirit Winds Hard Cider and Mead will be fermenting here in the near future!
